Saturday- Final Measurements and assessment of program
I am concerned because I will be going away in the final weeks of the program. What do you think? Should I bring the video with me or use the gym at the hotel? I really want to be successful at this program. I am TIRED of being ashamed of my body and not wanting to get into my favorite shorts because I feel self conscious of my body :/
