Hi all -

I'm looking for any suggestions for good youtube exercise videos. Specifically yoga & pilates (for beginners), but also any interesting exercise videos will do. I got a streamer box for Xmas and wanted to try out something that I can stream from the computer. Any other stream compatible videos suggestions are also appreciated. I am not technologically savvy, so anything complicated to stream/download may require some explanation.

Thanks! happy

The exercises you're looking for are not appropriate for youtube. You might need to look elsewhere laugh

I'm talking about the "trackable" exercises you fool wink

Thank you for the suggestions - I plan on keeping a running list of videos and trying a new one each night. If anyone else wants to do this, please report back on the ones that you love.

It has become clear to me that I'm not going to exercise unless I can do it at home. (In the summer I will exercise outdoors, but I'm too accident prone for running around on the ice).
