Hi everyone :) I joined last night, am a current weightwatchers member too having lost 32.5lbs since last september. I am looking for exercises that will help my weight loss but also help me firm up a bit. I had a baby 6 months ago and Im finding it a little difficult fitting in a workout. For the past 2 weeks I have been able to do split workouts using apps on my phone or my stepper, and I do go for walks when I can. I tries my best to do at least 30 mins exercise daily.
Hope someone can help.. Feel free to add me if anyone likes I need all the help I can get

If time is short, go really intense with your workouts to get the most out of it. Add a few days of HIIT cardio and lifting weights and/or calisthenics (lunges, squats, pushups, pullups, dips, etc.) will burn a lot of calories and firm you up.

Purchase a couple of DVD workouts. Jillian Michaels has a lot of different ones, 30 Day Shred is a popular one.
