The last couple of weeks I’ve had this insatiable craving for mustard. Any type of mustard (brown, honey, spicy, etc.) and not just that I want it on a sandwich, straight out of the bottle with a spoon! I've never really liked mustard all that much either. I’ve always believed that when I have an unusual craving like this it’s my body telling me it needs something. I don’t know if it’s true or not but since I’m not pregnant or have any major health concerns I think it’s a valid assumption. So I did a little research and saw some suggestions for mustard cravings! I even found this cool little table with other food cravings, deficiencies and how to satiate them.
So I was wondering if anyone else has experienced unusual cravings that essentially did turn out to be some type of vitamin/mineral/other deficiency.
