Hi, I am 49.
I am attempting to lose weight and improve my fitness.
And I am pleasantly surprised.
Since beginning of December last year - I've lost 9kg, and 4kg since starting on MFP.
kind regards,

Yep
55 and a few pounds overweight.
High BP too so now on meds but Doc said, lose weight!
So trying the Fast Diet (or 5-2 diet) - seems to be working and is great as on the 5 days I can do what I like.
But strangely you don't seem to want to go mad, which is nice.

Hi, I am and it is really hard. I need to lose 64 lbs. I have been trying for years and keep falling off the wagon. I sick and tired and have made a committment to myself to achieve my goal this time.

Hi, Just turned 47 and looking to lose about 16lbs!! Feel free to add me to your friends list. happy

I've turned 40 last year - one of my motivations for changing where I was. Have lost 88lbs in the past 5 months and although I've still got a way to go, am loving how I am doing, with gym 3-4 times a week, swimming 2-3 times a week and walking miles each day too :)
