Started trying this at the start of the week but I am really struggling right now :/

Why are you at -20% if you only have 10lbs to go?

Because that is only my first weight goal I may extend it. I have been eating at 1200 calories for a long while now and upping my calories is incredibly hard so I will up them more and more as I progress :)

What is TDEE-20%? (all these terms I don't know eeek)

Hey there - there is a group on this site called Eat more to weigh less - EM2WL - everyone on there is usually following the TDEE "method" - or "roadmap" as a lot of people know it as on here. There should be lots of people on there that can give you advice. Not sure if this helps.
