Is it possible to track micronutrients on MyFitnessPal? This would be ideal to track overall quality of foods being eaten. Thank you.

you can track the ones with the USDA requires to be on the food labels, the targets we're given are based on the values from the 2000 calorie diet sample as per US food labeling.
Macros and then sodium, cholesterol, potassium, Vit A, vit C, calcium and iron.

Beyond that it's not "required" to be on the label so getting accurate info for a lot of it would be hard, some of the items in the database that DO have potassium don't have it listed.

Sorry for the old bump. But the thing is, it isn't enough room to see every one of the vitamins/minerals IF you want to include the essentials (carbs, fat, protein & fiber) It would be great to see a micronutrient breakdown of said vitamins when you finish tracking for the day.
