Hey everyone, if you're like me you like things easy. That's probably why I had a couple boxes of Suddenly Salad sitting in my cupboard wasting away. Then it hit me...it's the dressing that makes the salad high calorie. So, today I made a few substitutions and it was awesome.
Instead of the Mayo, add to the seasoning packet the equal amt of plain greek yogurt, a heaping tablespoon of hummus, and a drizzle of agave nectar to take the bite out of the yogurt. I also added a little salt and pepper. It's wonderful!
