I fell off the wagon for about 4-5months at around 300lbs, this is me at 305lbs


I stalled out for about 6 months at 297lbs. Then i broke that plateau...
The last pic in this series was taken on thanksgiving. So work your way backwards to know the dates.


This was taken today, i just woke up put on that shirt, and took a pic. Notice it's the same shirt that was really tight on me in the above pic.

Just takes patience. As I said I stalled out for about 5-6months, i fell off the wagon for 4 months, yet i kept trying. Keep things simple, It all boils down to calories. You will get haters, don't worry, they will look the same each time you see them. I have had my share of crap due to my weight loss. I would always hear negative comments, yet in the back of my mind i always told myself "they will see." Now they do.

ETA: I wanted to mention how i got started. I just saw someone complaining about not having access to the gym.
I made a little step, you know the kind they use for aerobic classes? I made one out of would and would step on and off. Later on II bought a kettlebell and a swiss ball. I would lay on the swiss ball and use it as a bench and work my chest, du curls, tricep extensions, shoulder press, squats. of course alternating since I only had 1. I then tried to walk, i couldn't walk 8mins. I had to take a break then walk another 2 minutes to complete 10mins total. Eventually those 10mins turned in to 1hr and 30mins. (i only do 20mins of cardo now, not 1hr and 30mins). No excuses.

wowzers! you have been dedicated. it proves that if you never give up, than you can accomplish whatever you want. just looking at you, makes me believe that i can get to my goal weight. it may take me some time, but i am willing to do what it takes! so happy for you for you that you believed enough in yourself to never give up. Praise God!

Wow!! I have been at a stall in the weight loss department for about 2 months or more! I have still been keeping up with tracking my calories and exercising but it kind of seems like it is all for nothing. The scale is not moving!!!
