TOPIC: Runtastic not syncing

Please can someone help! I have downloaded Runtastic Pro and both apps are showing as connected, but when I log a session it does not sync to MFP! I cannot understand why, please can someone help as this is frustrating me beyond belief! Thanks Julia

Have you by chance figured anything out yet? I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you as I am having the same problem and really wish it would publish I've been messing with it for an hour now I disconnected and reconnected the accounts and it still won't put anything up for todays run :(

Thank you for taking the time to let us know that your runtastic exercises don't seem to be syncing over to MyFitnessPal. We have tested the connection between our services and verified that it should be working without issue. Can you please try removing the runtastic application and re-adding it. If your next exercise does not sync over as expected please try contacting us via the link below.
