- Yoplait light yogurt. (They actually have a lot of really good flavors. My favorites flavors are the red velvet cake, white chocolate strawberry, boston cream pie, and banana pie.)
- Almonds - Apple slices with peanut butter - low-fat pretzel sticks with peanut butter - parmesan zucchini chips (recipe here: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=2718) So good and hardly any calories! - Low-sodium mixed nuts - raisins (a lot of times I mix them with some almonds and goldfish and make my own healthy trail mix) - blueberries and strawberries (either by themselves or in yogurt) - pita chips and hummus - popcorn (the 100 calorie bags that Act II makes are a perfect snack) - Heat up a whole wheat tortilla and spread a little butter on it, then roll it up and eat it. (It also tastes really good with peanut butter.) I hope that gave you some ideas! :)

yogurt, 50 cal pretzel packs, 100 cal anythings (haha), mini cucumbers, natural fruit leathers, etc. I think I have a big list somewhere on my blog. They will be under Favorite things/foods. I've also got a lot of good recipes!
