Hey guys I think Myfitnespal is great, helps me give me an estimate of my calories intake for the day, plus all other valuable information (fats, protein..etc).
I do suggest you guys make another tab other than snacks that we can put in our supplements taken, like (xtend , or and bcaa powders, proteins....etc) I feel its better than dunking it into snacks, if not still great great app!
Stay fit!
Tom

You know that you can change the names of your meals right? All you have to do is Name each one and add one column for supplements. For example I have it as Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and additional (stuff I'm not supposed to be eating but did anyways... that way I know what I'm doing and work toward changing it) So, in your case you can add one of the meals as supplements. Go to food tab, settings, scroll down to see the "boxes".

I have also seen some food diaries divided by time of day rather than meals. Perhaps that could work for you too?

I changed mine to times of day and I think I have five categories. Plenty to me.

I would like to see a change in the exercise department. Many people use phone apps while walking, jogging, etc. The stats regularly don't fit into your predetermined calculations, such as walking the dog at 3 miles per hour.
Depending on peoples terrain, weather etc this changes as do the calories burned. I would like to have a way of putting in distance traveled and speed traveled along with weight of person to accurately measure calories. Also just a note, I put in walking the dog for 30 minutes and 31 minutes accidentally. 31 minutes burned less calories than 30! Makes me wonder how accurate the rest of the calculations are. Thank you.
