Reports on the website are flash based so you should try using them on a computer that handles flash instead of say... through the browser on an iOS device (IPhone, iPad, iPod). Apple decided not to support flash so the browser based reports don't work on those devices. They do have an app you can download for them though (iPhone iPod use the same one / iPad its own) that have a different version of reports native to the platform.

Hello,
In regards to the Pie chart, you can only view Macronutrients (Carbs/Fat/Protein) additionally the pie chart is only available on the mobile platforms and not on the website. Other reports can be found at the bottom of your food diary (full report) and by visiting the reports tab. Regards, Tom MyFitnessPal Staff |

Lots of websites use that as an excuse, but flash is not as popular as it once was, and there are safer alternatives available. I suggest an HTML5 approach, or just add the full functionality to the app (long-term reports).
