Total weight lost: 2.2 happy...HOWEVER...I did not weigh in until I got up a 10:00 a.m. on Friday the 15th...day off from work. I usually weigh in at 3:30 in the morning when I get up to go to work. I'll just have to wait and see what the 22nd brings!!

I am new here, I began Feb. 6 and am hoping to lose 5 lbs by March 6.

I am not sure I know how to post, but I'm trying.
I began at 194 and on Monday I weighed 192 so I am down 2 lbs. Let's see:

SW 2/6 194
CW 2/11 192
GW 3/6 189

Overall goal - to lose 40-50 lbs.

Total weight lost for February: .8 pounds. I feel like I'm losing so sloooooow. I'm still shooting for 5-6 pounds this month. Today marks 30 days into my journey. I've lost 5.2 pounds total.

Total weight lost: 16 pounds since January 20, 2013. I have been juicing for 14 days which is the reason for the quick weight loss.

Just for fun: I haven't made up my mind what I am going to do for myself after losing 5 pounds but I am thinking about a spa day.
