This is a continuation of a group that has run for many months. It is open to anyone who wants to participate. Post your weekly weights, your successes and struggles, and give support to the person above you!
You guys really rocked in January - let's see what we can do this month! Here's what you do: SW: (Starting weight) CW: (Current weight) GW: (Goal weight for the month) Weigh in Dates: 2/1 2/8 2/15 2/22 2/28 (or whatever weigh in days you use) Total weight lost: Just for fun: What are you going to do for yourself when you lose 5 pounds this month? CW: 201 GW: 195 Weigh in Dates: 2/1 201 2/8 2/15 2/22 2/28 (or whatever weigh in days you use) Total weight lost: Earlier in January I was down to 195, so this seems to be a temporary bump up that should go straight back down this month. But such a bummer to go back over 199.9! Just for fun: What are you going to do for yourself when you lose 5 pounds this month? Get a new mani-pedi. NOTE: These posts reset at 500. CW:180 GW:175 Weigh in date: 2/1 - 180.2 2/8 - 2/15 - 2/22 - 2/28 - 5 lbs this month would be huge for me. Weight likes to take its sweet arse time coming off!! Haven't thought about a reward....probably a date night with hubby :) |

Thanks for doing this again this month, definitely kept me motivated in January
SW: (Starting weight) 139.8 CW: (Current weight) Got down to 134 in January but strangely I'm back up to 135.4 despite good nutrition and exercise, hoping it's water weight! SW: 177 (when I started using MFP. I was 184 in December)
CW: 175 GW: 170 Weigh in Dates: 2/1 - 175 2/8 2/15 2/22 2/28 Total weight lost: 9 lbs (or 2lbs since I started MFP) Just for fun: What are you going to do for yourself when you lose 5 pounds this month? I will get myself a new kindle book.

Ohhh, I have just joined another group...
This would be a good challenge.... And if I do lose 5 pounds this month I won´t reward myself, my goal is 8.8 pounds, so I will just wait for that resutl! But I will be very happy if I eliminate 5 pounds! Then I am almost there! And at the end of my 8.8 pounds... a watch which counts calories and your heart rate for when I am liftgin.... Definitly that!
And maybe, just maybe I will buy it when I eliminate 5 pounds...

I'm excited we are continuing to do this again for February. I had made a personal goal to be under 200lbs by Valentines Day but I wouldn't mind losing 5lbs for the entire month. Let's do this!

My goals are in 5lb increments. When I lose 1 lb my reward is a massage (10lbs milestone) so I I can do 5 more in February that will be the 15 lb milestone which was predestined to be new haircut and highlights! So I guess my goal is 6lbs for February but will be satisfied with 5!

I am back for February - Made my January Goal so here goes nothing
1/1 SW: 211 CW: 205.5 Feb GW: 200 - Stretch goal 197 Weigh in Dates (I adjusted for my normal weigh days): 2/1 - 205.5 2/5 - 2/12 - 2/19 - 2/28 - Total weight lost: (since 1/1: 5.5) for Feb: This month is a biggie for me as at the end of it, I will turn 40. My original plan was to lose 15 in Jan & Feb as I am quitting smoking on 3/1 (the BIG day). I don't think I will realistically make the 15 but if I am close, I will be happy with it as it means that I have set good eating and exercise as habits that will move forward as I put the beat down on smokey.

01/26/13 CW: 177.7 02/23/13 GW: 169 Ultimate GW: 125 Weigh in Dates: 2/2 2/9 2/16 2/23 Total weight lost: 17.6 pounds total since joining the gym in late Nov - but most of them came in Jan (11.8) when I really buckled down on getting to the gym 3-4 times a week and logging daily on MFP.

I am not looking for ultimate fitness as of right now- I just want to look good in my clothes again. 02/01/2013 CW: 172.6 02/25/2013 GW: 160 Ultimate GW: 145 Weigh in Dates: 2/2 2/9 2/16 2/23 3/2 (or whatever weigh in days you use) Total weight lost: 16 pounds since January 20, 2013. I have been juicing for 14 days which is the reason for the quick weight loss. Just for fun: I haven't made up my mind what I am going to do for myself after losing 5 pounds but I am thinking about a spa day.

Started MFP again after taking several months off and ready to get back on track!
SW: 125 CW: 125 GW: 119 Weight in Dates: 2/1 125 Just for fun: If I can lose 5 pounds, I will treat myself to a spa day - facial, mani & pedi & massage! :) Ultimate goal is to learn to eat better and to stick to a regular workout routine |
