Thanks for keeping this challenge going. Although I do other forms of exercise I love my Leslie walks! I'm in again this month! My goal for January was 50 and I walked 61. I am going back with 50 for February since this month is a few days shorter!

Goal: 50

2/1- 4 m Leslie Super Walk with Body Boost Cables
2/2- (0) 30 min. elliptical
2/3- (0) Supposed to be rest day but I shoveled snow instead :( I gotta get back to my Leslie walks or I won't make my challenge this month!!

I'd like to do 50 miles this month! I use the treadmill a lot, but I like to do Leslie's videos sometimes, and we're getting a dog, so I'll be logging some miles with my new furry friend.

For the purpose of the challenge, I assume we're counting only "exercise" walking (i.e., treadmill, Leslie, purposeful walks), not all the miles we rack up on our Fitbits just walking around the house, right? Because if I include those, it'll need to be a higher goal.

Finally got my first February walk in tonight! Yay!! I did the Leslie Sansone 5 Mile Fat Burning DVD and 3/4 of a mile of the Biggest Loser Walk DVD because my daughter had to get in the bath :)

February 2013 Walking Goal: 60 miles

Completed: 5.75 miles

Miles To Go: 54.25

3 miles: outdoors. Just walking by myself listening to a downloaded book from my library smile .

Goal for January: 60 combined miles

azwen, Yes you are correct that any sort of 'exercise' walking or running is what we are counting. Whether it be Leslie or another person's DVD, treadmill, purposeful walking outdoors whether alone, or with your pup, or going somewhere, or whatever other walking sort of exercise there might be.

Hi all, I made 31 miles in January, so now I am upping my goal for Feb. to 40 miles.
So far I have done 4.5 miles.

Had a big (for me) day on Saturday and took a day off on Sunday. Today I guessed a bit at where the 1/2 mile mark would be. Each mile is supposed to be around 15 minutes on the video, so I did 8 minutes of the 2nd mile and am calling it 1.5 miles. Mile 2 on my video has some arm toning I wanted to get to, but I just don't have time for the complete 2nd mile. This can be my compromise.

February Goal: 25 lbs

2/1 - 1 mile

2/4 - 1.5 miles

I just got my leslie sansone 5 mile fat burning dvd & I did 2 miles last nite. I love it. My goal is to do 60 miles in the month of February & I am at 2/60! Cant wait to see the results.

- Just tried the 3 Mega Miles with toning band, and wow, it really works that upper body! I can see why the gloves would be nice to get to help from pinching by the thumb...might have to get those down the line

- 5 mile fat burner, really like the boosted walking!

My goal: 60 miles

02/02. 5 miles - 5 mile fat burning walk
02/03 4 miles - 1 mile (5 really big miles) + 3 miles on the treadmill
02/04 5 miles - Walk it off and tone it up

Left to walk: 46 miles
I also want to run 60 miles this month.
So far I've done only 4 ;-/ The weather is not very good at all and I don't like longer runs on the treadmill. Will see how it goes :-)

I can't walk this month due to recovery from a hernia operation, but I am excited to see all the new walkers here for February.
I am thrilled by all of you and the STRONG numbers you have been putting up. I'll be checking in to see how you're doing!!!

I definitely agree with Ann of B that we need walking emoticons for this group.laugh
