I was always told a minimum of 500 per hour, depending on body type. I would also like to see this added

The smaller you are, the less you exert yourself, the less calories you burn. I wouldn't burn close to 500 calories doing Zumba. I have a Suunto M4 HRM and I love it. The generic calculators on this site were never very accurate for me, both under and overestimating exercises.

I have a HRM and according to that it is 133 calories in 25 min.
