I'm not sure how other people feel about this but I know I'd like it if there was a way to separate naturally occurring sugars (fruits, milk, etc) from foods with added sugars (candy). I find it frustrating seeing my sugar level always being above, and I'm working to change that, but it would be nice to see what amount is naturally occurring verses all the added sugary junk food.

it's not "required" on the nutrition labels that we are entering the data from for it to be separate so it's going to be "hard" to separate naturally occurring from added sugars. Even looking at the ingredient list you simply see that there's glucose / fructose / sucrose / lactose whatever added but not how much is added and how much was already in the berries or other raw ingredients.

that's a good point....I didn't think of that...guess I'll just have to be frustrated...and do my best...lol
