I forgot to log in one day, which made me have to start my count all over again. I logged that day's info on the next day. Could the software be fixed to where if you log in the next day, it won't make you lose a day and have to start all over counting days, or would this defeat the purpose? I had logged everything for 50 days, then had to start all over again. Let me know. Thanks.

Go to the tech support forum
Look through the sticky threads (I think 9 at this time) for "Days in a row incorrect"
click that thread.
It contains the link to the form you fill out to request your counter reset. Users lose their count "so often" they posted the fix 19 months ago and stickied it. Pretty much self-serve go fill out the form and your counter will get reset.

The "days in a row" is counting to see if there is a 24 hour gap without site activity so if you log in at say 9 am Monday and then not again until 3pm Tuesday you've just had a 30 hour gap and could lose the count despite it being "the next day" to you and I.
