I'm back in for February - just getting here now, crazy hectic week. So I will set a goal of 50 for February, this is my second month and last month I was going for 30 and almost got to 50 so I will push myself a bit and try and do 50 in this shorter month. Will be away all week, but will update next Friday or Saturday.

Sunday morning epic gym session: 2km row, 3.25km run/walk on the treadmill, and a 2km walk outside.

I'm in! My goal will be to walk 100 miles in February. This will be my first month doing this, but I love the idea! Definitely a good motivator for bathing suit season. :)

So, I've been on "rest" due to shooting pain in my hip but I did go for a very slow, short walk today....

I love this idea and I totally need the motivation! I hope it's okay for me to still join.

The most I've ever run in a month is 27 miles, so my goal for February is 40 miles of running.

Great job Dawn. go to the first page of this topic and you'll see how to get a ticker. I think you need to update it thru the ticker site everytime you add to your mileage. So I'm not going to bother. I'm just keeping a running total (no pun)
