I'm sure we all love MFP and are mostly happy with the service we receive, however as with most things in life there is always room for improvement. I think that if we could access the forums and groups via the app this would enhance my MFP experience massively. I have sent the question to the powers that be but I would also like to show that my idea is popular among the community. So if you agree and think this is something you would like to see could you please show your support by replying to this post giving your name and a reason why you think it would be a good idea.

Please spread the word with all your friends.

Thanks for your support

i only use the app to log any foods in if I'm on the go...otherwise it seems pointless to use it for anything else. I'll just visit MFP through the browswer on my phone then.

Agreed. I would also like to be able to change my macronutrient ratios on the MFP app. It's just more convenient that way.

Would stop the frustration of not being able to go to links friends have posted, would be great to not have to keep going on the laptop to look at forums

PLEASE! I've been thinking this for a while now. Am actually surprised that such a popular app has no way to access the forums from mobile. Catch up with the times MFP!

I support this!

It would be great to access the link when it shows up on my newsfeed... The forums are where I find encouragement to keep going and it would be good to have that on the go.

ladynica - it would be nice to be able to read blogs and forum topics from the app instead of having to only access it online.

everydaypam - It would keep me more involved when I'm travelling and relying on the app. The forums keep me motivated and I would love to browse them while trapped at the airport or standing in lines around town. Please! :-)

I'd be happy if there were an easy link to the forums that launched the mobile browser, including links from the news feed.

Integrating forums into the app itself seems like a lot of work when the mobile browser handles the site pretty well (although some mobile optimizations for the web site wouldn't hurt either).
