Hi, I have changed my settings to use metric when doing set up but you still have to choose how much weight you would like to gain/lose in pounds also the projected weight loss amount is in pounds - I live in Australia and have never used pounds in my live so it means nothing to me, would be great to be able to get these in kilos! blushing

Ditto!
Actually, I'm old enough to have used pounds, but I get where you are coming from.
It's the MPH in the exercises that throws me more ...

Hi are you sure you have selected metric. Check on this link. If the second last link says switch to english then you have metric selected if not click on it to change it.

1 kg = 2.2 pounds.

Metric isn't fully implemented. You can set it so you enter your height in m and cm and your weight in kg, but the "goals for rate of weight loss" are still in lbs, the badge showing progress is still in lbs, the exercises are still in mph rather than the kph equivalent, and your food entries are presented in the serving size they were created to MFPs database in such as ounces instead of "I select metric" and it gets presented in mL
