Dinner tonight - Roasted turkey breast with srirach, spinach salad with pico, steamed broccoli and the rest of my kimchi. I ended up going back for mor broccoli. I was famished!

If it works (if not I'll upload it somewhere else & edit); this is carbohydrate heaven, haha. Homemade vegan mushroom gravy over brown rice and artisan bread, with veggies. I was pmsing so my boy spoiled me with something savory and indulgent. =]

And some experimental sushi with the cauliflower rice, it was pretty dang tasty and only about 25cal per roll!

"Spaghetti" Squash for dinner tonight. Topping is just onions, zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes (plus some sauce), & chicken.

this was a while ago but its a 2 egg omelette with some pan roasted cherry tomatoes and a couple of refried left over roast potatoes
