After using MyFitnessPal for a week, I found it very useful and tracked everything it could. I just realized it would also be helpful to tracking my sleep also since it's part of being healthy. If a feature could be added to track the hours slept and quality of sleep, it could be useful to some people to see trends. I maybe even extend that to track how you're feeling that day. (happy, sad, etc). Is this a good idea and am I just plan tracking crazy?

my home > check in > track additional measurements
you can add
1) a line for "sleep hours"
2) a line for RANKING your quality of sleep say between 1 and 10 or 1-5 whatever range is going to make sense
3) anything else specifically measurable... daily steps... blood sugar levels.... blood pressure.. heart rate.... body fat %

Sleep is a great idea. I was also thinking that having something to track medications and supplements. I'm sure I'm not the only one losing weight for my health and keeping track of my meds has never been easy for me. Some need to be taken with food, some on an empty stomach, etc. A med tracker would be awesome.

With Pandorian's tip, this can easily be done. I also just figured out how to edit/add previous days.
