Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? sorting out closets What would I have done differently? finished the closets What is today's personal goals? Just keep on keeping on.. Mon- 60 min very hard chair class with 20 min fast walk before Tues - Wed - Thurs - Fri- Sat- Sun-

What would I have done differently? nothing What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories and swim with my daughter Mon - elliptical 30 mins Tues - swim 1 mile- 40 mins Wed - Thurs - Fri - Sat - Sun- OMG - I think I shoveled for 4+ hours this past weekend!!!

Even though I didn't track my dinner last night and had a rest day I did lose a few ounces.

GoldK -- Great job meeting nutritional goals over the weekend!!! Also, it sounds nice that you are exercising with your daughter. I wish that I could do that with mine, but she is in college at the University of Minnesota & I am in Texas.

I was looking for a kick in the butt...LOL. I was looking for the book written by the doctor on the Biggest Loser but I ended up reading Bob Harper's The Skinny Rules. 100 pages of rules and the rest was menu\recipe items. He say's "Let's treat this as an adventure. You're going somewhere great!" - Love this! Here another book to read if you guys are interested, we have started a discussion group on this book.
Its called The Thin Commandments. I am on Chapter 5 now and am still getting some great pointers. I am reading now about mood eating and stress eating. I think we can all relate to this.
