I've tried to put in planks, burpee's,squat press ups,all from shin otakes maxxworkouts that I saw as an advertisement on my fitness pal, and none of them are on here, and they are great exercises, but I have no idea what I'm burning in calories, I thought for sure because my fitness pal advertised his program they would be on here.

why dont you just add them yourself? buy a HRM and create your own exercies...

or just find something similar that you can log it under

Is there a *master list* of what is available to use for keywords? I would like it to be easy to enter and quick so that I can move on to more important things. I am also in the same situation and know roughly what it should be.

Under exercise > database and then looking in the top right corner of that page there is a drop down list of the CARDIO exercises available
under exercise > strength training > add exercise do the 'search" for a specific bodypart being worked such as biceps (3 results) triceps (3 results) legs (a dozen or so results) chest, back etc.

For things such as the OP mentioned in a workout I'd probably just call it circuit training and be done (as a cardio exercise if you're wanting the calorie burn)

neat "trick' weird that it only comes up for "a" (ok I didn't go through too many other letters) but the list of results that way stopped at soccer alphabetically and there are 71 exercises below that including all the walking entries and some assorted 'wii games"

Would love to see a feature like sparkspeople has where you can map your route, the time you start and the time you finished and it will calculate how far you walked and how many calories you burned.
