I would like to be able to add my supplement combo the way I would add a meal or a recipe. I would like to be able to track changes I make in my supplement list.

make a spot in your food diary just for your supplements >settings>diary settings> meal names

Yes, I have done that. But I'm taking some rather specific stuff and the database doens't know what it is.

If you know the Nut. info you can create your own foods and then add them from there.

I believe "nut info" has been added to the database before....the mods keep deleting it though....laugh

This post confuses me, why don't you just add what you need?

Thanks yall, but I guess I should refine my suggestion. I would like to track supplements as well as food & macronutrients. There aren't nearly enough supplements listed in the database, and I don't see a way to add any. I can add components but not all. For instance, database recognized huperzine A but not MitoForte which contains huperzine but also a bunch of other suff like l-carnitine, ALA, curcumin, etc.

well, yeah, they don't have like 30 columns for you to track little things like folate, niacin, thiamin, etc, etc.....
that's just not going to happen, there's not enough room!

I have my multi in there and when I log it, it says all zeros, because there's no fat, carbs, etc....but I log it so I know I took it that day...and if I were to look at the bigger chart, at least it would reflect the thinks that ARE on there like A, C, Iron and calcium...

Not enough room, I guess. Right now I do have the best list I've ever been able to make since starting. " More free ice cream please"smile
