So I have noticed that whenever I eat I don't feel guilty but I do feel fat (if that even counts as a difference). And I'm like "yep tomorrow im gonna start my diet" but it never happens. Anyone else feel similar?

Having that kind of reaction to food is an Eating Disorder - or at least the seeds of one. You might find some help on the eating disorder groups...

Are there specific foods that make you feel that way or a specific intake you go over? Or is it just eating in general? You shouldn't feel that way and isn't a very healthy relationship with food. You might want to consider seeking professional help. Good luck

I used to feel that way all the time. I have bad news and good news. Once the bad habit is formed, even when eating healthy, you will still feel guilty just for eating. You stomach is full and instead of feeling satisfied, no matter what you ate, you will look down and feel like your gut has doubled in size. This can be dangerous when you start to diet as you may find yourself cutting more and more out.

The problem is not the food, but your feelings toward food. I suggest you start looking at food as nourishment. If you eat something unhealthy, let yourself feel guilty. If you eat something healthy, congratulate yourself for treating your body well. Never ever forget that food is you friend and eating the right amount of the right stuff is essential to any weight goal.

I went through the same thing. I felt so disgustingly fat. When I started calorie counting, I was never satisfied with the amount I ate. BUT through a lot of restraint and mental discipline that feeling went away and I've become accustomed to feeling satisfied and not stuffed. I have not felt disgustingly fat ever since I started counting and changing my lifestyle.
