I am surprised at the limited exercises included on your website. Everything is either weight training or cardiovascular? What about both? What about yoga? What about Pilates? What about group classes like Barre Sculpt, Body Pump, etc. Your food diary is great, the exercise side - not so much. Any thoughts on redesigning that side of your 'system'?

You can add whatever exercise you want to for your own tracking, if you know your calorie burn for the time-frame, as per machine, HRM or whatnot.
"both" are covered by cardio > "circuit training" see exercise > database to see what is available for cardio, yoga is there, pilates is there, and tons more are available, fencing, rowing, racquetball and so on P90X, insanity, 30 day shred and other things that combine cardio and strength you've got "circuit training" for strength training > hit add exercise and then search for the body part being worked, biceps and triceps have 3 results, chest, back... legs...

I love my pal but I do go to "Self website to search for calories burn. There are many other apps and sites for exercise I would be careful and use only the ones that ask for your current weight for the heavier you are the more weight you lose. Good luck on your journey.
