When I try to add a exercise other then squats and lunges I get nothing. I want to add superman (lower back workout). Back extensions without a machine and to be able to calculate the calories burned or the fact that i did them other then putting them in my notes.

exercise > cardio > add exercise > search "strength training" > enter minutes you performed the activity and get a calorie burn

exercise > strength training > add exercise > add sets and reps and weight to track your progress with this over time.

see exercise > database for the "complete" list of pre-entered CARDIO items
on the website you have to search by body part being worked to see what's available for strength training
ie biceps has 3 results triceps has 3 results, chest... back, legs....
