So my running team started a december challenge. I just tought why not ask MFP members to join here. Simple : 30 days, 30 burpees per day. Best thing with be all in one shot, but you can divide them however you want. 15 in the morning, 15 in the afternoon. 10 morning, 10 mid-day, 10 afternoon. Just do you 30 burpees every day.
