Hi,

I'm a wellness coach and I would like to keep track of my own Body Fat, muscle and Body water for myself and when i weigh in my customers.

Is there already a feature on this? If not, please add as these info are very useful to keep track of as we don't just want to lose weight, but most importantly is to lose the body fat and yet maintain the lean muscle.

Thanks,
Jus

you can track whatever measurements you want go to my home> check in> track additional measurements. I have lean muscle, fat, water weight etc added to mine.

FAQ via Android for "measurements"
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/help/faq/66-i-want-to-track-additional-measurements-like-body-fat-percentage-how-can-i-do-that

Leads you to the site to set up the measurement, then wherever on the app that you do your weigh-in you should also be able to record the other measurements you have set up on the site.
On the site you just go to my home > check in and change the "default" option which is weight, pick the measurement you want to record... should be similar in the app but you have to "add" the extra measurements via the website

Thanks! I am just having trouble finding it within the app itself. I already set it up on here and emailed support about it.

It may only be available for "progress" reports...

QUOTE:

the new measurements will be available for tracking within the app as well. You should then be able to find those additional measurement in the progress section. Just click on the arrow to the right of the weight to locate them.

I can't see any "way" to actually do even a weight check in in the FAQ section for the various apps. I don't have an app but the FAQ section is easy to use and access

Yeah, I've tried that and there is no place to put anything except my weight. Oh well.

It's all on my iphone. Exactly the same as the website. Under progress It will show a graph for weight but there is an arrow that brings up a list (exactly what I have on the website) I can track progress for any one of them and record todays weight for each.

You must log in to the web page first and set up extra measurements there.

Just do it in the browser on your phone.

once setup, they are available through the MFP App to update.

under My Progress - Measurement - side arrow to select which measurement you want to change, select it, then you can select Record Today's whatever it is you selected.
