TOPIC: Thanksgiving blues lol/ water weight

After thanksgiving and well today because let's face it as much as I wanted to turn down those left overs I couldn't pass up moms cooking,, lol that being said I did logg it all and between yesterday and today I took in 1600 cals each day... A little above maitenance but barely ... I stepped n the scale :0 and I'm four and 1/2 lbs heavier noway ... Now I'm not going to ask a dumb question but I would like some fresh advice instead of sifting threw 10 pages of forum feed sick ... I know it's got to be water weight there's just no way lol. But how long does it usually take for my weight to go back to normal? Any estimates and can I do anything to help?!? ... That being said I dnt regret it one bit s delicious ohwell I hope everyone s thanksgiving was yummy as welkflowerforyou

Lots and lots and lots of water. Get the water in, regardless of thirst. Remind yourself regularly if you have to. It should only take a few days for it to fall off if you get the extra in and watch sodium intake.

When this happened to me before I thereafter doubled my water intake (along with eating the right amount of cals, of course), and it fell right off.

Ahh thank you .. Will do I've developed a new addiction t cranberry juice lol but I can do without it for a few days and switch it for water thanks! I hope mines falls off to lol
