Bad habit #1 - I hate exercise
Bad habit #2 - I love to snack after the kids go to bed
Bad habit #3 - I sit waaaaay more than I should
Bad habit #4 - I don't take vitamins regularly
I am hoping to kick them all to the curb.
I looked great on my wedding day - but after having 2 kids in 2 years I don't even closely resemble myself. Yesterday I got a very depressing picture of myself and it gave me the push I needed to get back to losing weight. More on that on my blog (on here).
I've been absent for a while (umm...like 3 months or so). And I've gained back everything I lost.
I need some accountability.
Calling all women to add me as a friend. :) I'm blogging my progress on here as a way of trying to keep at it. I hope hav ing some friends here will help me stick with it this time.
