Oh yes, let's make it even more detailed please..

"You have been deleted by ___. They only added you to steal the hot guys from your list."

"You have been deleted by ___. They can't stand the songs you keep posting."

"You have been deleted by ___. They never really liked you that much in the first place."

"You have been deleted by ___. You've shown them things that cannot be unseen."

"You have been deleted by ___. You show either too much or too little side boob."

"You have been deleted by ___. You don't lift enough heavy stuff."

You have been deleted by___. You have a foul mouth.

"You have been deleted by ___. You do NOT have a foul mouth.

Baaaah, Maab, you took mine!

I don't care when I'm deleted, but I want to know who deleted me because I don't like unsolved riddles. When a friend is added, a post appears on profiles. I think it would be great if it said something like "Crystal_Pistol as been deleted by Jane."

If you're unable to tell who deleted you, then why does it matter? Clearly that person wasn't important to you and you to them.

Besides, this would just start flame wars. I deleted somebody and like 2-3 weeks after I deleted her I got hate mails. If it takes you this long to realize that I deleted you, then we were just a number on each others friends list and nothing more.

I'm with Taunto on this. Not having that message pop up saying so and so deleted you allows you to get rid of unhelpful people with the least amount of drama.

I'm in love with the idea of a drop down "reason for deletion" menu!!!
Think of all the fun that could be had!!

Cheers to Brett!! drinker

Have you considered creating a spreadsheet to track your friends list? Perhaps an Access database with custom reports that you could run each day to see who may have deleted you?

Did people seriously not understand the sarcasm of this? D:

I too have been concerned by the lack of understanding of sarcasm.

Dear Posters,

I wanted to offer a brief explanation for the locking of this thread.

The forum guidelines include this item:

1. No Attacks or Insults and No Reciprocation

a) Do not attack, mock, or otherwise insult others. You can respectfully disagree with the message or topic, but you cannot attack the messenger. This includes attacks against the user’s spelling or command of written English, or belittling a user for posting a duplicate topic.
b) If you are attacked by another user, and you reciprocate, you will also be subject to the same consequences. Defending yourself or a friend is not an excuse! Do not take matters into your own hands – instead, use the Report Post link to report an attack and we will be happy to handle the situation for you.

At our discretion, this locked thread may be deleted entirely in the near future.
