TOPIC: Give Food a Nutrition Grade

In the Calorie Count app by About, they have a grade for most foods (A, B, C, etc) based on their nutritional values. I do not use that app because I prefer MFP, but I think that is a great feature that should be added to MFP, including the phone app! Another option would be to add integration with the Fooducate app, which has the same principle of grading food based on nutritional value and how processed the food is.
