Just wanted to clue you in on why you may be seeing so many "locked" topics in the Tech Forums. We are trying out a new strategy to better and more quickly help our users who post in the Tech Forums. If a topic is locked it indicates that either a staff member, or another member have given the correct response and/or we need you to contact us.

We are trying this out to avoid losing other users problems within very long threads. We hope this will help us to better address any issues you may experience and prevent off topic help requests in threads.

If you have an issue please feel free to post a new topic if you do not see it already in the Tech Forums. We are always happy to reply or direct you to a thread with the answer.
