Please link Runkeeper to MyFitnessPal. Two of the best apps out there aren't linked??? This is crazy!

Hi I contacted runkeeper and asked the question of intergration (via email). They sent a email back saying they are looking into this but can i fill in very quick survey (2 minutes).
Please can you all contact runkeeper and do this so they will push it through. Many Thanks |

You can contact both MFP and runkeeper to request the feature. the more people that do it the more likely they are to do it...
It takes 5 mins so please send them an email! |

Have you guys tried Runtastic, available on MFP? This app can be linked to MFP easily.

QUOTE: 1. The GPS seems to fix more quickly 2. The autopause when I stop at lights happens much more quickly than Runkeeper (which can take 15-20 seconds to realise I have stopped) 3. I like the way it announces my time each mile instead of the distance every 5 minutes that Runkeeper does. 4. When I get to my destination and walk it does not recover from autopause thinking I am still cycling (as Runkeeper does) What do others who have used both think? I've used both. #3 above is totally configurable in RK so you could get the same behavior. There are two main reasons I use RK over endomondo. The first is that endomondo is not nearly as accurate. I don't think they have a good smoothing algorithm. It just isn't reliable*. The feature sets are similar, but I can't rely on Endomondo unfortunately. The second is that I have several friends in RK. *edit: Note that the last time I used Endomondo was a year ago. They may have made improvements since then. For me personally, I'd much prefer a RK integration. I've looked at the diet tracking apps that sync with RK, but they are very expensive if you want to sync. While I don't necessarily like having to enter my stuff twice it's better than $7 a month. I am totally ok with paying, but that is too much for the convenience.

Runkeeper is the most accurate GPS that I have found and it's the only one I use. Love it and would love to be able to link the two!
