It's not clear what you are asking here. What kind of night shift are you talking about and what problem do you need resolved? Also, this is posted in the website suggestions forum, you may get more responses from one of the main forums. Hope this helps

As per the above; me I'd have thought it'd be the best time go walking - often take dogs out late at night as there's people around etc.
However, maybe you're worried about being attacked or the like? Being cold?

Any stairs around? Use them. Have a TV and DVD/VCR in the breakroom? Leslie Sansone videos watch online at YouTube. I used to work nights and could always walk around the warehouse.
You didn't give any information. What kind of night shift and where at?
