TOPIC: Please update Cardiovascular items

Chewing was rated at 19 cals a minute. The New England Journal of Medicine states you only burn 11 cals an HOUR. Please, please update the Cardiovascular items.

As for legitimate cardio.... why aren't burpees listed? They are definitely cardiovascular.

I am SO logging chewing for now and to forever! I might not even have to workout ever if I just keep eating.. oh wait...

And I struggle and get very winded doing them... and I want them listed as an option. They also make us skip a lot during our warm ups in my crossfit class, and I don't think they are listed either.

I see rope jumping listed... in high, moderate & low classifications...

I'm gonna go a litte redneck here and say maybe they mean 4x4ing, like on a quad or atv. Only logic thing I could think of since it does work your back and shoulders, as well as other muscles.

And are you sure it was "chewing", I don't have that in my excersice options,...but I do have "crewing" which with my height and weight is 13cals/minute.
