TOPIC: Goals by Sub-category? Track Protein not Calories?

My trainer wants me to increase my protein intake - but the system just tells you how many calories to eat and divides them up. So, while I can still track, I can't see how I am doing against my personal goals - only the goals that the system sets up.

I'm having the same problem. Seem to have little problem keeping within my calorie intake allowed but LOTS of problems keeping my protein intake under the allowable amt.

you've already "stumbled" on the area that would take you to what you want to do...

My home > GOALS > change goals >custom
set your macro % in 5% increments to get the numbers as close to your desired goal as possible.

For the second poster... well if you're "going over" the default protein amount of 15% you may find it's pretty unrealistically low. I changed mine to 30 or 35% to get close to my goal of 1 gram per pound of LBM. 15% was way too low for my eating habits so I changed it.
