Hi,

Sorry for the issue. This can happen when the MFP cookie becomes corrupted. It happens to some users in rare circumstances when we adjust things on the web. To clear your cookies please follow the instructions on this link:

If this dosen't help, please let me know and I would be happy to help further.

Okay - thanks for the update, sorry that didn't help. Can you let me know what browser (Safari, Chrome, etc) you are using as well as what operating system you may be using? Also, if you wouldn't mind could you try and download another browser to see if it works there?

Here is the links to some popular ones.

Safari - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1531?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
Firefox - http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
Google Chrome - https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

You don't have to switch permanently, but it would be helpful from a troubleshooting stand point to see where issue lies.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,
