Hi,
Looking around for anything to help me with weight after being diagnosed with Arthritis(at 31) to help take any strain off the joints I can. Seems to have a lot of good resources on the site and anything to help you stay focused is always good.
Think I'm initially looking at a target of 50lbs in 5/6 months as it seems reasonable for early weight loss. Mostly will be doing weight training and looking at low impact cardio if possible.
About me: 31, live in the North East of England and work in IT support.

Welcome! I've found this to be a great tool and resource for tracking my calories and my exercise. The food database is fantastic and very helpful. I have the app on my phone and add most of my food intake there. Another thing I've found useful is the community section of the website, particularly the Find Members tab. Together we can! Good luck with your weight loss program!

The most helpful thing for me so far is guidance on portion sizes..thats always the hardest for me. |
