This stuff is sooooooo good, I make a pot of it every week and eat it for lunch or dinner. It is so filling and it has only 112 calories for a cup! So if you doubled that you would still be under 300 (although you probably wont cuz its so filling). Try this soup, its so good, for so little calories.....

I like my food really spicy, so instead of the diced tomatoes I add 2 cans of HOT Rotel........

It is so good and for only 112 calories a cup, your sure to be under your calories, If you just replace one meal with this stuff!
