TOPIC: Enhanced Exercise Reporting

The exercise portion of the website needs some enhancing. The reporting tool is not very helpful when tracking exercises when it only tracks minutes and calories.

Recommendations:

1. Create a "dashboard" for each user demonstrating exercise activities.
** Track exercise by categories such as walking, running, weight lifting
** Display exercise totals by category, distance traveled, average calories, total calories, number of workouts
** Display list of exercises completed (right now i have to look at each individual page and total it up myself)

2. Heart Rate Tracking:
Add heart rate statistics ability to tracking exercises such as tracking your maximum heart and average heart rate in addition to
the calories burned so you can track the intensity of workouts.

3. Workout Routines
** Create workout routines in the same manner as you save custom meals.
** For example instead of me listing out all my weight reps I could save this as a "routine"
