I'm really proud of myself. :) I work 12 hour shifts with rotating days, I wind up getting every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Those days off are really hard for me diet wise. I wind up out for most of the day, fast food and such is my go to in that situation.
Well, this weekend (the 3 days), I went out to lunch with my dad who was in town, went on a road trip with my mom and sister, and had a bum around day with my boyfriend and stayed on track all 3 days! I think that's the first time since joining MFP that a weekend off was a successful weekend! :D I'm so freaking happy right now! :D

Power to the shift workers!!! It is super difficult to keep it together on shift and off.

That's a great NSV Mandy! Staying on track during the weekends was one of the hardest things for me to overcome when I started. Good freakin job!
