I've noticed for about 2 weeks that my Recent Foods load very slowly in comparison to my other Diary tabs and sometimes, even though I have selected a recent food, it does not load into my diary.... Strange! Seems to work fine on my iPhone and iPad, just not online...

Thanks!

not sure if i'm allowed to help but this sounds like a browser plugin issue. can you use a different web browser and see if the problem still remains?

Hey there! This is still an issue for me! And now, once it loads after about 30 seconds, it doesn't always add the food I selected. Can I get some assistance please!!!!!! I've changed nothing in my laptop or settings. Even restarted it twice! This is annoying!!!!!

^^^^This, plus I would recommend a cache clear. Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Instructions are here http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

If you are using Internet Explorer, please note that you should uncheck the "preserve data for favorite websites" option if you have MyFitnessPal favorited or bookmarked.

I look forward to hearing if this has helped resolve the issue.

Cheers,

Hi,

Sorry those did not work for to resolve the issue. If you wouldn't mind could you please let me know what browser (Safari, IE, Firefox, etc) and what operating system (Windows, Mac OS x) you are using? Also if you have a second browser, could you try to access the lists from that browser to see if it changes. You can download a free second browser from any of these links:

Safari - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1531?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
Firefox - http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
Google Chrome - https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

With your browser and OS information, plus the test with a second browser we can establish where the problem may lie.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,
Scott
