When I try to look at reports on my I pad and I phone from the report tab it just shows me an empty box. Even after I select type of report. It looks like it is loading then once it is done reloading it is just an empty box.

So what is the point of a tech support/help section if your tech people don't even respond to a help request? I posted this two days ago and not even a hey we will look into this or hey what version are you using or we know you can't get these with app.

Some sort of acknowledgement would be nice.

Still not even a single reply? Kind of frustrated by this supposed technical support forum

I think the reason is that the reports are in flash and apple products don't support flash.

Sorry for the delay in responding. I am not sure how I missed this earlier in the week, but I did, my apologies. This response is the correct answer. Our reports are Flash based and can not be viewed on a mobile device like the iPhone or iPad since they do not support flash.

We do have a great iPad app that does have reporting tools on it. You can download it here:

Hope this helps.

I downloaded the app and it doesn't show a report for my net calories on my iPad. Help?
