While it is fun to see the "If every day was like today, you would weigh xxx.x in 5 weeks", it is not particularly helpful for tracking progress except for how you did 'today'. What would be more to the point is if one's pattern of weight loss versus calories etc. consumed were tracked on a fitted curve that would say something like: "If you continue the pattern of eating you've followed for the last xx weeks, you should weigh xxx.x in 5 weeks" This would take into account the obvious 'slips, parties and off days' that everyone (or I'm guessing most people) have yet follow the overall pattern to come up with a prediction. At it's simplest it could be done with a simple regression fit but there are more interesting ways to come up with a number.

...anyway just a suggestion :)
