I've only owned my fitbit for a few months and now it's dead. I've tried resetting it and also uninstalling the software and reinstalling but these haven't helped. There is no display and it won't charge. Has anyone found a way to revive a fitbit like this? Or figured out what happened?
Thanks!

e-mail them, there are numerous members on here that have emailed them for stuff like that and they overnighted them a brand new one!
Plus, it has a year warranty I believe?

Good to know. Mine died after just 10 months of hard use, and I've been cussing it ever since but truth is I miss it!

Definitely email them. Mine just died two days ago and I purchased it in July of this year. They had me try a couple of different things, none of which worked. Now they are sending me a new one. I must say their customer service is wonderful and well worth the few emails it took.

Their customer service is awesome. My station died on me and I emailed them on Monday. I received a new one today.

It is very senstive to moisture/sweat so it does have issues at times. Try not to let it touch your skin. They are coming out with a new one in a few weeks that is water resistant and also syncs steps with a IPhone. I'm excited. I agree, customer servce is amazing They've replace a few of mine very fast. Love my Ft Bit.

My fitbit stopped working after the first 3 days of use - the display works but it won't read anything I do (stairs, walking) no matter how I try to adjust.. Not a happy customer right now, but it's good to know that they seem to have good cusotmer service.

My Fitbit Ultra broke in two after a year. I love that little gadget.

I just emailed support with my sob story. I hope they send me a new one. I'll even take one of the new cheaper models if they don't have any Ultras left as I see they don't sell the Ultra anymore.

I have had mine (Fitbit Ultra) over a year and a half with no issues. I wear it ever day.

As others have said, FitBit has the best customer support ever. My cat chewed through my cord and I told them that and asked if I could buy a new base. They sent me one for free. I've heard of users washing theirs or losing them and the support replaced it for free. Just email them and they will respond very quickly.
